Use only the supplied notes. Make each card test one important idea. Mix definition, comparison, application, sequence, and error-detection cards where the source supports them.

Return a table with:
1. Card ID
2. Front
3. Back
4. Source heading or location
5. Card type
6. Difficulty tag

Avoid clues in the question that reveal the answer. Keep answers short enough to check. Put ambiguous or contradictory source material in a Needs clarification section instead of resolving it.
